For the past 2 weeks I've been looking for a rental for my husband and myself as our rental was sold. To say the least the market is fierce! Great expectations showed customer service, went above and beyond and listened to our needs and I felt the need to give them a 5 Star Google Review. Since then the property manager has followed up with pictures and options in the area we asked for to be near our grandchildren. I've been in sales all my life, customer service will set you apart from the rest every time. Much appreciated and we will be looking to purchase again in 2023!

For the last 7 years Andrea has helped us with our real estate needs. She rented our house in Ocala for 4 years and took care of our property. Later on we decided to sell and there she was getting us the best deal in the market. Elady Fonseca one of her realtor then came to our rescue and found us the most beautiful condo in Pasco County. 5/5 is accurate. From the receptionist at the front desk to our property manager. Everyone has gone above and beyond to provide us what we need. A special thank you to Alex our property manger. It is very rare to find someone who truly cares about the tenant which is what we needed. We recently sold our home and wanted to move to the Ocala with our 3month old twins. (Yes TWINS) We found Great Expectations Realty through YouTube and do not regret it one bit. Every issue or concern I have presented to Alex was quickly address. In some cases, he has gone out his way to provide a solution. My family and I are grateful and would highly recommend Great Expectations realty. Make sure to ask for Alex.

I am a first time home buyer and if it wasn’t for Andrea I would have not only been lost but I probably wouldn’t have gotten such a good deal and the added perks! Andrea pushed hard for what I wanted and she literally got me every single thing I requested. I can not thank her enough! This review is long overdue. I am so thankful to have found Elady. God or the universe just happened to place her in our path and the moment we met I just knew she would be our realtor. Anyway Elady was very kind, patient and super knowledgeable. As first time buyers we were clueless with buying a house and how to go about the process. Elady was always available and ready to answer my questions and concerns, always available to go see houses that we were interested in. I keep seeing reviews on how wonderful she is and just can't seem to wrap my head around how she can be everywhere all at the same time! We never once felt rushed or pressured. We looked at so many houses and we finally found our forever home. Elady was right beside us every step of the way. She instantly became a speed dial on my phone. My husband and I worked with Elady on the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new home, she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful along the way which was great because it is very stressful to buy and sell at the same time. We had one hiccup with the purchase side and the sellers not budging on a low appraisal, Elady's broker Andrea jumped right in to help and support up (as well as calm my husband down) I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

3 years ago before the interest rates went up we contacted Great Expectations. We were new in Ocala and had been renting at another property for a year. The previous property their new lease was $300 more a month increase. So we decided to buy. At Great Expectations Eladi was awesome she really tried hard to help us to get a house. However, some of the houses didn't have what we wanted. She was able to put in 3 offers but with everyone buying they would outbid us or it would sell really fast. A month before our lease ended and angel came thru (Eladi) and offer us a house to rent for $50 lower than our future new lease at the other property where we were at. We trusted Eladi and we decided to take the leap of faith. Great expectations made sure everything that needed to be fixed, replaced or painted was done before we moved. Now my property manager is Ally. The sweetest human being. When I say Eladi and Ally have been on top of things I'm not kidding. Every time I've needed a repair and we are talking sewer. air conditioner, etc no problem with them at all. They have been a God send. Now Ally is the property manager and I have to say we are super happy to have her. She is a keeper! In the future we are planning to buy a house and we wouldn't trust nobody else to have our back than Great Expectations. Thank you for being such an amazing company.
