3 years ago before the interest rates went up we contacted Great Expectations. We were new in Ocala and had been renting at another property for a year. The previous property their new lease was $300 more a month increase. So we decided to buy. At Great Expectations Eladi was awesome she really tried hard to help us to get a house. However, some of the houses didn't have what we wanted. She was able to put in 3 offers but with everyone buying they would outbid us or it would sell really fast. A month before our lease ended and angel came thru (Eladi) and offer us a house to rent for $50 lower than our future new lease at the other property where we were at. We trusted Eladi and we decided to take the leap of faith. Great expectations made sure everything that needed to be fixed, replaced or painted was done before we moved. Now my property manager is Ally. The sweetest human being. When I say Eladi and Ally have been on top of things I'm not kidding. Every time I've needed a repair and we are talking sewer. air conditioner, etc no problem with them at all. They have been a God send. Now Ally is the property manager and I have to say we are super happy to have her. She is a keeper! In the future we are planning to buy a house and we wouldn't trust nobody else to have our back than Great Expectations. Thank you for being such an amazing company.
